We only sell and ship to the continental United States.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee our plants to be true to name and in good health when they leave our nursery. Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for any plant injured by any factor outside our control. Such variables include ignoring hardiness zone recommendations, extreme weather, neglect, pest or disease damage, or improper planting i.e., poor soil conditions, planting at the wrong time or poor placement such as high wind or excessive sun exposure.

Damaged in Transit
Your order will be carefully packed to ensure that you receive a healthy product. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us at Maples N More Nursery and depending on the situation, we may or may not ask you to return the plant as a condition of receiving a replacement or refund. Claims must be made within 48 hours after receipt of a damaged plant. Send us an email to maplesnmore@gmail.com.

Once your return is received and inspected (if requested), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at maplesnmore@gmail.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should ship your product to: Maples N More Nursery, 232 Blue Branch Road, Burnsville, NC, 28714, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Recycling
Maples N More Nursery is committed to reduce waste and help consumers do the same. We have decided to help keep plastic nursery pots out of landfills. With this new policy, we are able to reuse the plastic trays and nursery pots. This helps to keep the cost down. That means more of a savings for you, the customer. If you wish, you can return the pots to Maples N More Nursery, 232 Blue Branch Road, Burnsville, NC, 28714, United States. There is no need to wash pots, but please remove all dirt and debris.
